Fun Dip Smoothie Bowl

You MUST remember Fun Dip, right? 

Like a lot of 90’s kids, I consumed a shit ton of sugar. One of the way in which I did was via a white chalky stick as a vehicle for bright and artificial, sugary goodness. The thought of eating Fun Dip now makes me cringe, but holy crap did this smoothie’s flavors bring me right back in all the best ways!

In one bite I was back in my Hip Hop Kidz spray-painted overalls, being rewarded with a Fun Dip after a ~strenous~ hour of performing in the Miami heat. 

This smoothie will be much more refreshing and nourishing than the OG, and will transport you right back to sneaking candy into the movies.

1 cup Nut Milk

1 scoop Marine Collagen

1 (generous) tsp Spirulina 

1 tsp Matcha

1 tsp Plant Protein (I use Garden of Life Unsweetened, No Stevia)

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1/2 Avocado (or 1 small avocado)

1 cup Blackberries

1 tbsp Cashew or Almond Butter (I used a combo)

1/2 – 1 cup Ice 


Add Almond Milk to blender, followed by all the ingredients in the order they are listed.

Blend on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds. Pulse a few times or until ice is completely blended.

Scoop out into bowl and top with your favorites!
