This smoothie will give you berry kissable lips.

For anyone who is super skeptical or wear of putting vegetables in their smoothies, this one will help you cross over.

On par with frying and coating with sugar, this blend will surely get you to eat your veggies without realizing it.

Being in California, I’m lucky enough to have access to great, in-season produce. Berries in the summer up here are insane. So juicy, sweet and perfectly tart.

Get your hands on some raspberries and blackberries and you’ll be whipping this smoothie up all summer long.

Ingredients:

1 cup Milk or Water

1/4 tsp Maca Powder

1/2 tsp Matcha (I used Mizuba Daily)

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1/4 cup Quick Oats

About 5 rounds of steamed + frozen Zucchini

1 steamed + frozen Sweet Potato round

1/2 cup Raspberries

1/4 cup Blackberries

1 tbsp Nut Butter (I used a homemade blend of pecans and almonds) 

Directions:

Add all the ingredients into a blender. I use a Vitamix and I love it.

Blend on high speed until you can no longer hear frozen pieces of zucchini or sweet potato.

Serve and enjoy!
