This workshop will focus on how to recall, assess, and accept our dreams through meditation and asana. We will focus on nightly and morning rituals to help remember our dreams, how to accept or assess nightmares and dreams, and ways to allow a seamless transition from our dreaming state to waking state.

*This workshop will require a mat, journal and pen. Bolsters and blankets will be provided.
